Terms of Service

1. Who these Terms apply to

• Creators: people who sign up to build, upload, publish and sell digital products.
• Buyers: people who purchase a digital product from a creator's sales page.
• Visitors: anyone browsing public pages, guides or sales pages.

When you buy a product, the creator is the seller of that product. We provide the software, sales pages, checkout, delivery and account tools that make the sale possible.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to open a creator account.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may sign in with email and password or a supported third party sign in. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Creating products

Creators can make products in two ways:

• AI built products: our AI tools help draft product content, sales copy and downloadable PDFs from your inputs.
• Uploaded products: you upload your own finished file for secure delivery to buyers.

AI generated content can contain mistakes. You must review, edit and approve everything before publishing, and you are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you sell. Promotional ad images generated with our tools are yours to use for marketing your products.

4. Content rules

You must own or have the rights to everything you publish. You may not sell or publish content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of anyone else.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, misleading or promises guaranteed income or results.
• Is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, abusive or harmful to minors.
• Contains malware or anything designed to harm a buyer's device or data.

We may remove content, unpublish sales pages, or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Plans, limits and fees

• The Platform offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Creator and Pro). Each plan has its own limits on AI built products, AI generations and ad images, shown on the Pricing and Billing pages.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦) through Paystack and renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated in the offer.
• Free plan creators can buy one time unlocks that add extra product slots and AI generations. Unlocks do not expire and are non refundable once used.
• On AI built products, we take no commission: the creator keeps 100% of the sale price.
• On uploaded products, we take a 7% platform fee per sale. Uploaded products are limited to a fixed number per account.
• Paystack's standard transaction fee applies to every payment and is borne by the creator.

We may change prices, plans or limits. We will show changes on the Pricing page before they apply to your next billing period.

6. Payments and payouts

• Creators must connect and verify a Nigerian bank payout account before publishing. Payouts are handled through a Paystack subaccount in the creator's name.
• Buyer payments settle directly into the creator's Paystack subaccount, less any platform fee and Paystack's fee. We do not hold creator sale proceeds.
• Payment timing is controlled by Paystack and your bank. We are not responsible for delays caused by them.
• A purchase is only complete once Paystack confirms the payment. We verify every payment on our servers before granting access.

7. Buying and delivery

• Prices are shown in Naira. Buyers can pay by card, bank transfer, USSD and other methods Paystack supports.
• After a confirmed payment, the buyer sees a download page and receives an email receipt with a private download link.
• Download links are tied to the buyer, expire for security, and have a download limit. If a link expires, contact the seller or us to have it re issued.
• You get a personal, non transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute or share it publicly without the seller's written permission.

8. Refunds and disputes

Because sale money settles directly to the seller, refunds for products are issued by the seller from their own Paystack account. Buyers should contact the seller first using the refund link on their download page. Our Refund Policy explains this in full. Subscription and unlock payments made to us are handled under the same Refund Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, logo and the CreatorOS Africa name belong to us. Creators keep ownership of their own products and content, and give us a licence to host, display, deliver and promote them (for example in share previews) while they are published.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes between creators and buyers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms. Records needed for payments, tax or disputes may be kept after closure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be handled by good faith discussion, and if unresolved, by the courts of Nigeria.
